Returns:

Our 100% guarantee ensures that every item you purchase at Karavel Shoes meets our high standards or you can return it for a replacement or refund. We make it easy for you to make a return or an exchange if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Whether you made your purchase on-line or in our store, you may return or exchange it by mail.

You may return any item purchased on our web site either by mail or in person.
We do not refund shipping charges.

All items must be returned in their original box. Damaging the shoe box or returning items in boxes other than the shoe or shipping box provided, will result in an additional charge.
PLEASE DO NOT PLACE THE LABEL OR WRITE DIRECTLY ON THE SHOE BOX.

Returns and Exchanges by Mail

  1. Fill out the back of your sales slip (receipt) and include it with your return. If you cannot send your receipt, you must include your on-line order number.
  2. Specify whether you want a return or exchange.
  3. For an exchange, please indicate which new product you want by providing the item number located below the photo on the item's Product Information page. Include color, size and width choices.  
  4. Returns on shoes bought for mail or UPS delivery at full price that are returned within 14 days of the invoice date, unworn and in condition to be re-sold as new, will be refunded in full.
  5. Returns on shoes bought for mail or UPS delivery at full price that are returned after 14 days of the invoice date, unworn and in condition to be re-sold as new, will be accepted for full store credit only.
  6. All sale shoes are final.

Because KaravelShoes.com stock changes quickly, we may not be able to replace returned items. If this is the case, we will credit your bankcard for the purchase amount.
